Dokter Doni SpOT:Ini Perawatan Pasien 'Saraf Kejepit'

RSI BANJARNEGARA - Dokter Spesialis Ortopedi dan Traumatologi RSI Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah dr Ahmad Ramdoni SpOT menjelaskan, mengenai perawatan pasien Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) bisa berbagai cara diantaranya seperti tertulis di bawah ini.

"Meski merawat keluarga yang menderita penyakit Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) tidak mudah, keluarga harus mampu mengelola pola hidup sehat seperti mengatur pola makan yang sehat, berolahraga, mengurangi aktivitas berat, dan mengingatkan pasien untuk mengkonsumsi obat secara rutin," ujar dokter yang diakrab disapa dokter Doni ini.

Ia menyarankan juga, mulailah mengelola pola hidup sehat dari hal terkecil dengan mengkonsumsi makanan yang sehat sesuai dengan kebutuhan nutrisi yang seimbang dan tidak berlebihan.

"Jika asupan nutrisi tidak, berlebihan, berat badan pun akan terkontrol. Jika berat badan normal, tulang belakang yang menjadi penopang tubuh tidak terbebani dengan beban yang berat. Sehingga pasien terhindar dari kejadian HNP berulang," ungkapnya.

Menurutnya, keluarga perlu mengingatkan pasien dengan HNP untuk melakukan olahraga berenang dan berlari. Kedua olahraga tersebut dapat melatih kelemahan otot pasien dengan HNP.

"Penting bagi keluarga untuk mengingatkan pasien HNP agar tidak melakukan olahraga berat dan olahraga yang beresiko menyebabkan trauma," tandasnya. (*)
