Tiap Hari Lakukan, Tahukah Manfaat Tidur?

RSI BANJARNEGARA - Semua manusia menjalani aktifitas setiap hari. Tertapi sudahkah tahu manfaatnya?

ASal diketahui, alasan utama tidur adalah kesehatan.

Baiklah, kita coba bedah manfaat tidur

1. Stimulasi nafsu makan:

Nafsu makan yang meningkat adalah salah satu hal manfaat tidur. Nafsu makan disebabkan oleh hormon yang dikenal sebagai leptin dan ghrelin.

Tidur yang nyenyak akan memastikan bahwa ada cukup hormon leptin dan ghrelin dalam tubuh. Kedua hormon ini bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan. Jika memiliki lebih banyak nafsu makan, maka akan makan lebih banyak.

Dan dari penelitian, telah terbukti bahwa makan lebih banyak adalah salah satu cara menghilangkan lemak tubuh melalui peningkatan laju metabolisme tubuh.

2. Pengurangan Stres

Ini adalah manfaat kedua dari tidur, melalui tidur yang lebih baik dapat memastikan bahwa kadar hormon yang bertanggung jawab atas stres dijaga pada standar yang dapat diterima.

Dokter juga berpendapat bahwa menurunkan tekanan darah, yang menyebabkan stres pada manusia, adalah salah satu manfaat tidur. Kita semua menyadari masalah yang dapat dikaitkan dengan peningkatan tekanan darah.

Faktanya, itu adalah penyakit serius yang harus dihindari dengan cara apa pun. Penurunan tekanan darah mempercepat proses penuaan dengan meningkatkan degenerasi sel dalam tubuh.

3. Diabetes

Kemampuan terhindar dari diabetes merupakan keunggulan lain yang sangat vital di antara manfaat tidur. Diabetes, terutama diabetes tipe 2 dikaitkan dengan banyak glukosa dalam tubuh kita.

Para peneliti telah mengungkapkan bahwa tidur memengaruhi kecepatan tubuh kita memproses glukosa. Berkurangnya jumlah jam tidur menyebabkan lambatnya pemrosesan glukosa dalam tubuh kita.
Ini selanjutnya akan menyebabkan akumulasi lebih banyak glukosa dalam tubuh kita, yang dapat menyebabkan perkembangan diabetes. Juga telah dibuktikan bahwa orang yang tidur kurang dari 5 jam sehari memiliki kemungkinan lebih besar terkena penyakit ini.

4. Memori yang Ditingkatkan

Poin terakhir dalam daftar manfaat tidur adalah meningkatkan daya ingat. Kurang tidur dapat menyebabkan perasaan bingung yang mungkin membuat sulit berkonsentrasi. Masalah ini mungkin disertai dengan masalah memori.
