Ada yang Masih Ragu Soal Manfaat Putih Telur?

RSI BANJARNEGARA - Mungkinkah sampai saat ini masih ada yang debat soal manfaat putih telur? Baiknya baca tulisan ini sampai selesai.

Ada yang bilang telur tidak baik untuk kesehatan terutama jantung karena tinggi kolesterol. Yang lain mengatakan kita perlu makan telur secara teratur karena tubuh membutuhkan banyak protein setiap hari agar tetap sehat.

Yang benar adalah, makan telur lebih bermanfaat daripada tidak. Itu jika kita menghapus kuning telur sama sekali. Berikut adalah beberapa manfaat makan putih telur.

Seorang individu yang sehat membutuhkan 300mg kolesterol sehari. Sementara satu telur hampir 220mg kolesterol, semuanya ada di kuning telur. Namun putih telur sangat rendah kolesterol sehingga jika kita membuang kuning telur dan memakan putihnya saja, kita sebenarnya menurunkan risiko penyakit jantung dengan persentase yang besar.

Telur dikenal tinggi protein. Ini mengandung 6g protein dan lebih dari 50 persen sebenarnya ditemukan di bagian putih. Artinya, jika kita memakannya sendiri, kita mengonsumsi protein murni dan nol lemak yang berasal dari kuning telurnya, kecuali jika kita akan menggorengnya menggunakan mentega atau minyak. ini adalah yang terbaik saat kita mencoba membangun otot.

Hal yang baik tentang ini adalah putih telur tidak berkalori tinggi, hanya mengandung 70 kalori per butir telur. Jadi, saat kita mengeluarkan kuning telurnya, kita menghilangkan 54 kalori, sehingga hanya tersisa 16 kalori dari putihnya.

Lain kali kita mencoba memasak resep telur, alih-alih menggunakan tiga telur utuh, gunakan hanya satu telur utuh beserta putih telur dari dua telur lainnya. Ini akan memotong hampir setengah dari kandungan kalori.
