Wow Ini Manfaat Banyak Minum Air Putih

RSI BANJARNEGARA - Jika ingin tahu apa saja manfaat minum banyak air, maka wajib membaca artikel ini.

Banyak orang yang benar-benar membenci air minum, mungkin karena mereka begitu terbiasa dengan jus buah dan soda sehingga mereka tidak tahan dengan rasa "tidak ada apa-apa".

Mungkin Anda salah satu dari orang-orang ini, tetapi pernahkah berhenti untuk bertanya pada diri sendiri: apa manfaat minum banyak air?

Mengingat tubuh kita terdiri dari 70% air, maka jelaslah bahwa kita membutuhkan pasokan air yang cukup untuk menjaga kesehatan kita.

Kegiatan sehari-hari, mulai dari berjalan-jalan, ke kamar mandi, bahkan bernapas, semuanya menghabiskan cukup banyak air yang tersimpan di dalam tubuh kita.

Kita yang secara teratur berolahraga dan/atau bekerja pada pekerjaan yang menuntut fisik menggunakan lebih banyak air.

Air diperlukan untuk semua organ kita berfungsi, serta darah dan sel kita. Ini meningkatkan metabolisme kita, mengeluarkan racun dan bahan kimia berbahaya, melembabkan udara di paru-paru kita, dan membuat kulit kita terlihat halus dan bercahaya.

Air bekerja sangat baik melawan efek penuaan pada kulit kita, mencegah keriput dan kekeringan.

Sangat mudah mengalami dehidrasi. Faktanya, sebagian besar penyakit umum kita disebabkan oleh dehidrasi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.

Sakit kepala, kurang energi, kram otot, kram perut, sembelit, gangguan pencernaan, dan kelelahan, adalah beberapa gejala dehidrasi yang paling umum. Kadang-kadang dehidrasi juga memanifestasikan dirinya sebagai rasa lapar, membuat kita makan lebih banyak dan menambah berat badan padahal yang sebenarnya kita butuhkan hanyalah segelas air.

Banyak orang yang tidak minum banyak air mengira mereka baik-baik saja karena mereka minum banyak cairan lain. Namun, minuman lain tidak menghidrasi sebaik air, bahkan jus buah dan minuman olahraga melakukan pekerjaan yang buruk jika dibandingkan. (*)
